I am a little behind on this but FWIT! I have had fitting issues too, but I am familiar with Programming and tool setup… I just create a new tool and adjust the diameter of the Plasma Stream. The normal for me is .06 diameter, if I need a larger slot I make the diameter smaller on the special tool. It does make everything larger! If size doesn’t matter this is a quick way. Same holds true if you want the size smaller. Make the Plasma stream larger. This only affects the tool offset.
