Just finished getting my XR built, but I cant push on anything on the touchscreen. I have to use the pendant to operate the computer. I have the small USB hooked up from the monitor to the Mini PC, but it doesn’t change the outcome. Any help with this is greatly appreciated?
I will also include, when I turn on the PC, there’s times my monitor doesn’t see that signal, so I have to keep rebooting the PC to get it to work. Thought?
Well, I was going to respond, but I see you already have the USB plugged in. So I offer this: Did you try another USB cable to make sure it is not a bad cable?
Sorry its been a minute since I have been on here. It happen to be a bad touchscreen and I received a replacement from Langmuir. New one has been working great since. Thanks for the help!
During the initial set up of your CrossFire XR, if you experience that your touch screen is not responding to touch input, more often than not its because the USB cable responsible for that feature has not been installed properly. A quick, simply check of the number of cables connected at the bottom of the screen will provide an immediate answer. Connected should be 3 cables; DC power, HDMI, and the short USB cable. If that cable has not been installed it can be found inside the white Langmuir Systems box that the touchscreen arrived in. The cable is inside a small mylar bag.
