I have used the plasma table a few times and it worked great. it has sat for a couple of weeks and i tried to use it today and when i plugged the usb cord in i got a warning for the usb device is requiring too much power. i tried all of my usb ports. i tried another laptop (no warning but also no connection). i remembered that there was a light inside that box that came on when i first sat this up a couple weeks ago when the power to the machine was off but the usb was connected. that light is not coming on. any advice someone has i would appreciate it
Welcome to the forum. Sorry you are having that issue.
It sounds like the USB cord might be damaged or the connection on the enclosure??
You might try another printer cable to see if it at least gets the light back on inside the enclosure.
