I’m at a loss. I originally downloaded Fusion 360 and Fire Control about a month ago and had no issues. I had to uninstall Fusion and reinstall it today. Now I can not add Fire control to my post library. It appears in the list, but it grayed out and not clickable. I’ve tried deleting and re installing fire control with the same outcome. Any ideas? Thanks
@Dylan11 Welcome to The forum
Download the fire control post processor for Fusion off the download area of langmuir main site.
Now in the manufacturing works base select the NC program button this is the button that develops your G-Code at the end . To the right of the drop-down menu for selecting post configurations there is a file folder icon. Select this icon and at the top there is an icon for importing a post processor. Navigate to your download folder and select the newly downloaded post-processor file. I believe these files have a CPS extension
Edit
I just saw your screenshot as I posted this.
You’ll need to navigate to your download folder unless you save that file to your desktop
You are looking for the post processor not fire control.
It’s looking for a file to open not a program to open
Thanks for the fast response.
I was skipping a step because I thought I remembered how to do this from the first time.
Problem solved.
Thanks again
