I recently did this project it measures 44 inches by 34… wait for what??? I cut the projects into 4 tiles and then weld them together. grinding the weld seems to be seamless. The customer wanted it to be rusty and green which was the color of their rat rod. So I ground it out and sprayed with peroxide/vinegar mixture and this is the end result.

Washing with vinegar works… let dry
Spray with peroxide
Then sprinkle with table salt on wet peroxide…then it rusts fast

Just keep in mi and there are 3 types of vinegar…low level edible …medium cooking/ pickling…the most powerful…?..cleaning vinegar that is what you disolve rust with
I just fill a pint canning jar half full of white vinegar, half peroxide a couple tablespoons of table salt. Pour in a spray bottle. Spray it on .You can instantly watch it rust. Rinse with water when you get the rust desired and after it dries spray with rustolium clear .
