Is it possible to have your cut to be angled on one side? I’ve cut out some parts where I’m using the inside shape and it seems the waste has a better edge than the good part.
Your swirl ring may be in backwards. What plasma torch are you using?
Or the machine is cutting in the wrong direction.

Wow well the fit seems symmetrical but it could very well be backwards. It was in so the air would travel clockwise. Should it be the other way?
Is the idea that it can be backward helpfull in case theres a reason you have to run a program backwards?
People from everlast say it makes no diference which way it is. I think the swirl would change direction does that make a difference ? Whatbive read is that’s why you cut anticlockwise to get better edges.
