We recently set up our Titan 25T and noticed an issue with the Bend Control screen resolution—it appears to be too large for the display. I reached out to Sam at Langmuir, and he was very helpful in addressing a few of our concerns. Despite it being late on Friday, he suggested we try re-etching the microSD card and updating to the latest beta version. Unfortunately, neither of these steps resolved the problem.
Sam mentioned he would follow up with the software team on Monday, and we’re hoping to get this sorted soon. In the meantime, I’ve also tried adjusting the resolution through the OSD buttons located behind the screen, as well as using the three-finger swipe-up gesture to access the display settings. However, adjusting the resolution didn’t seem to help—it was either slightly too large or too small.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I’ve attached photos showing the two different settings. Any advice would be appreciated!
