Back Gauge Issues

I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips, and suggestions, that I have found. I am still having issued with the back gauge movement. I cannot run it over 50%, at all. Even then, it will eventually growl, and get out of square. I have to rehome and start again. I’ve just learned, if I hear the growl, I stop and start over. It’s not slippage in the collars, I am almost positive. But the ballscrews are somewhat harder to turn than the R axis ballscrews (when power is off). Anyone have any suggestions where to look next?

Run the fixes on page 3 of the guide.

>If that does not fix your issue, then turn off the power and see if you can twist the lead screws by hand. If you cannot turn a lead screw by hand after those fixes, it might just mean that your plastic lead nut is bad and should be replaced.
