Axes wont move Help please

Having a little trouble my axes won’t move torch will fire but no movement on y or x I have the xl crossfire.

This sounds like more than a ‘little’ trouble! However, there’s plenty of help on this forum, but you need to provide more detail as to what works and what doesn’t.

  1. How and when does your torch fire? (G-Code, manual triggering, F5, etc.)
  2. What is the Reset button on the Mach3 screen look like? Is it red, is it flashing, is it green?
  3. Do the jog controls on Mach 3 do anything (like update the DRO, for instance)?
  4. Have you opened up the controller box and measured the power supply voltage (it should be around 36 volts)?
    The list could go on and on, but you get the idea (I hope)…
