Debating on cutting one of the shipping straps down and getting two longer carriage bolts to bolt it under the stand to help reinforce it a little more.

That looks so civilized compared to the janky procedure we invented in my low-ceiling garage. The directions for use with a cherry picker were a little… “magical,” shall we say?
