Just wanted to give you all an early notice, before the world knows, that the Apollo section of the website is officially up and ready for your viewing pleasure.
There you can see all of the available add-ons to make operating the laser easier or to give you equipment you might not already have.
We’ve got inventory lined up and have already started early production so deposits can be placed as early as Nov. 17th to secure your spot in line.
We’re very excited to give you all the opportunity to cut faster and cleaner than ever before while staying dedicated to truly affordable manufacturing.
This is out of range for me but I am excited to see others put this to use.
Being in the middle of swapping from my windows 10 work computer to windows 11 I have to ask if this is a typo? The reason I put off switching so long is i was dreading the change from bluebeam 16 to 21 and Risa. Both had such huge changes I didn’t want to have to take the time to learn them while trying to make deadlines. Seeing windows 10 triggerd me
I just made the switch a couple of weeks ago and have been working out of town since. I imagine the changes from 10 to 11 aren’t to hard to get used to… I was dreading having to adjust to the new versions of our design software. There have been so many changes to RISA (our finite element analysis program) it’s basically learning a whole new program. The new bluebeam looks completely different and I lost all the tools I have spent years developing. It’s painful for sure.
As to updating the actual computer I have no idea. I got a new computer and it was all setup by our IT department. They were getting a little frustrated with me cause I used it for a shelf for 6 months waiting for a good time to make the switch. Only reason i commented on it is it seems like it’s something that should be done before the machine is shipped since windows 10 is now officially un supported. It looks like they updated it to windows 11 now so it must have just been a typo.
what is the shop air requirement? I do not see that stated anywhere on the website or forum. I see there is a compressor offered that supplies 200psi and 11CFM. Is the high pressure required?
Can’t seem to get this info out of them. Not on their website, that I could find. That could be a deal breaker if I have to update my air compressor also. The one they sell is close to the price of the cutter.
