I’m not sure who it’s ‘sad’ for.
The Seller certainly won’t be sad.
The Buyer would WANT to have it if they’re willing to pay that price.

The only possible sadness might be those who think they could do the same thing and haven’t… But, they didn’t, so no reason to be sad.
Consequently, no ‘Sad Part’, ipso facto.
