Any idea what is causing this? Its like nothing is connected anymore. All I did was delete the name, added a new one, and now everything is disconnect

It really depends on what your selecting in the 2D contour menu. But if you individually selected everything and then made a change I can see it becoming broken. You can just select the whole sketch on the left hand side under model or if you extrude it you could do a face contour selection to keep it simple

I’ve cut out this shape many times just with a different name, normally when I select the outside line, as an example, the entire shape selects.
I did just try the face and although I’ve not used that before, so I didn’t need to click on each letter to get the cut direction, it seemed to work.
