When attempting to align the table during assembly I can get the 1/8 shim underneath the outer most slat as instructed in the video. However when I bring it all the way in the second closet slat has an additional 1/16” (approximately) more of a gap. Adjusting for that slat has me playing the seesaw game for alignment. With it being the inner most slat before the axis hits the top bolt head , is it something to be concerned about?
Are all of your slats fully seated in the slat holders? Sounds like they are not forming a flat plane?
