I have 1/2" copper, 40’ in the looped drier setup and then another 75’ down the wall. The furthest drop to my cutter does not suffer any flow issues. The drop is at 150 psi with the regulator adjusted to 100 then there is one more regulator on the cutter which is set to 70 psi.

air goes in the top of first tank, down to second tank, then out the top.
