I have a 200 PSI, 5.1 SCFM Husky air compressor. Will this be enough for the Crossfire XR with Hypertherm 65 Sync plasma?
How big is air compressor tank? 5 scfm is minimum for lite duty cutting, if cutting heavy need more scfm.

Sheet metal work maybe. You need a lot better compressor.

The specs for this compressor does fall below Hypertherm’s recommended minimum

If you’re doing hobby level stuff this would probably get you by. If you plan on doing anything serious I would buy a more serious compressor that’s above Hypertherms minimum.

IMHO you need to at least be in the 10 cfm @ 90 psi range. The psi is great, but the cfm’s keep you moving. Welcome to Langmuir sir, awesome product and support TEAM!
