I purchased a Flexzilla 2HP, 20 Gal Air Compressor from Amazon (free shipping) for $797. This air compressor could not keep up with the RazorWeld Cut45. I noticed the two air intake filters were seriously restricted to reduce noise. I replaced each of the filter covers with a clip to hold the filter in place. NOW, the compressor easily keeps up with the demand!!

I think that compressor is right on the border of being usable with that plasma cutter efficiently. quick search shows that compressor putting out 5.8 cfm and I believe the RW45 requires a minimum of 6 cfm to operate. Glad to see a quick mod got it going for you though…
