Hi i have a Rilon CT416 that has problem with the plasma cutter,i was cutter some 6mm steel sheets and it was working fine and when i paused cutting because i have low air pressure i waited till the tank was filled but when i continued cutting it won’t even cut a bit it was just sparking at the tip the air pressure was fine so i tried cleaning the torch but none of it solved the problem, please help if one you guys tried fixing this kind of problem thanks

@Shad Welcome to The forum.

If you’re using a crossfire system you cannot use a high frequency start plasma cutter.

Looking at the little bit of information I could find on your plasma cutter I believe it might be a high frequency start plasma cutter.

The solution to your problem will be buying a plasma cutter from the compatible plasma cutter list curated by Langmuir.

*edit - picture didn’t match the OP cutter. Apparently there a a few CT416 cutters.

All the CT416 and CT418 units I have seen are high frequency plasma cutters even if they are pilot arc.
