I was in the process of making baseplates and I had a couple made, I moved on to another size which uses the same tool and setup just a different sized plate, and now my table will move to make the first cut, pierce the material and then not move a inch all while still burning the same whole it started, any idea why this happened or how to fix it?

Does it do the same thing if you do a dry run? What cutter are you using?
Nope it runs like it’s supposed to on a dry run, powermax 85 with a 85A tip, part #428934.
To me it sounds like EMI or a ground loop issue.
Take a picture of your setup. All your cables, work lead, control cable etc.
Are you running fire control on a laptop? Is it plugged in while cutting?
Have you performed the THC test?
Have you tested the USB for continuity to the table? (see below)
