7 ft bigfoot cutout. Any help?

I have crossfire pro table, razorweld 45 plasma and fusion 360 software. I have a tall order for 7 ft bigfoot to cut on my machine. I have done large jobs before (fire rings, long signs) where I move metal after hitting travel limit and rezero program to start cutting again. I have never done anything this long and was looking for some pointers. Any help would be greatly appreciated .

When I did a 5 foot gate topper, I bolted a piece of angle bar to the table to make sure the x location of the piece was the same so I only had to worry about the y. I then made two different cut files, you would need 3. I made sure that each file had a small line at the top and bottom for me to use to index off of.

After I ran the first file, I put the torch back to the starting zero point. I slid the material until my index line was at the same point, then loaded the next file, and continued.

Is cutting top and bottom separately then welding out of the question?

Check out RTD racing on YouTube. He’s got an indexing video that looks like it may work for your issue.
