I looked at the hypertherm cut charts and there are none for 3/16 aluminum for the 65. Does anybody have any good settings for this or another place to look for?
Just turn your amperage down to 45 amps and use the values for the 45 machine.

That or one could easily run a speed between those from the manual.
They probably skipped 3/16" because it’s too close in size with the other figures published.
So between 1/8" and 1/4".

You could use interpolation to comes up with a ipm value .
In this example X3 is 3/16" (.188") and Y2 ( marked in green ) in the Answer 192 IPM
This should give you a good starting point.
