I just purchased the Crossfire and will be running an Everlast 60s. I am an Apple guy and would like to run a 2019 MacBook Pro as my laptop. Can anyone let me know if this setup will run the software and what software they are using to run Windows 10 if they are running a Mac?

All Macs after 2012 (iso not sure of the exact date) have bootcamp installed so you can partition your drive to have windows and OSX installed.
Just type in bootcamp in spotlight
It took a lot of work to get it up and running because of the T2 security chip on the new MacBooks.
I’ve only used my 2018 MBP with my Crossfire via Parallels and Windows 10. Never had an issue. Setup and usage has been seamless.
