I noticed an option there saying “only inner corners”. in that case should that be selected for the optimization? I ran another test on the 1/4" for some suspension brackets and it ran perfect at the manufacturer settings. So definitely has something to do with those really small and tight curves in the other design. I’ll try this out and let you know. Thanks!
Just use it like it’s illustrated. Forget the machine manufacturers guidelines. They are just to get you close. Start tweaking speeds to bring your best cut. Turn your air up. 60 is too low. Just do it. You will thank me later. Just do it. 70 ~75
