I’ve been having an issue with small holes not showing up in tool path. like a .125 hole I will select it in the contours options when choosing the contour to cut, but when the tool path is generated it skips the hole to cut. Has anyone else had this issue? It can be a hole or a shape just usually very small.
Usually means that your leads are too small to fit within the contour. An 1/8 hole is a very small hole for cnc plasma, considering that most have a kerf width of .060.

so should I remove lead in’s then?
For a hole like that i would use a 90 degree lead in with no radius and .062 length. That will put your pierce in the middle of the hole and minimize the divot that is created during the pierce.
