Looks like the tip of the torch maybe hitting some slag moving the part…
Update time !
So I found the issue, it was the lead screws that were sticking/binding which was causing my dimension issues.
Other issue I found is that the torch holder is not perfectly square which was causing angularity.
Here is the result with everything fixed

Glad you got it sorted. Now I have to wonder what other things you are into seeing these stainless flanges.
What did you do to correct the sticking/binding lead screws?
Lubbed the screws with some oil
