I’ve noticed a bit of a loose tolerance on the rollers for the z axis. I’m specifically talking about the wheels that roll up the rods. Is there a way to adjust this?
If my torch lead swings while the machine is in motion it will move my cut 1/16.

Yes, z axis rollers are adjustable. Go back and read manual, has section on how to adjust. Do not overtighten then z axis will bind.
