I’m having an issue with my X axis on my crossfire XR not responding at all. We have swapped out the motion control board and the stepper motor and still nothing. The connector from the stepper to the motion control board has continuity and the X axis works with the Z axis hooked up to it but the Z axis des not move when the x axis is hooked up to it. The LED on the machine lights up and the status reads that its jogging and on fire control it shows the coordinates of the x axis is moving but the actual axis does not move. I’ve tried everything I know to do and thought id see what ypu guys think before calling or emailing Langmuir. Thanks in advance
Sorry. 4 days later. You need to check your couplers to your lead screw. Sounds like the motors turning, but it’s not spinning the lead screw
