X axis carriage hitting the edge of the X axis undermount. Anybody ever run into this? Can I just grind a little off that bolt? I’d rather not have to back track.
hard to tell with the picture…but do you have the gantry rail the right way around?

Yes its on the correct side, sorry I left out some detail when I was thinking about this post. This is the right side of the X axis. The left side of the X axis clears fine.
