Anyone have any comments on Windows11 and plasma cutting?
Probably an upgrade/update that should be avoided at least for the time being??

You don’t have to upgrade. Windows 10 will keep working for many years. Smaller software developers may be slower to tweak their products for Windows 11. And the most relevant aspect to run Windows 11 is a newer computer due to the requirement of TPM: Trusted Platform Module (TPM) version 2.0 built in. I read that only a few percent of current computers qualify for the TPM part.
I remember when Microsoft said Windows 10 was the last Windows ever. That didn’t last long.
