Need to make a decision soon, for the proposed Crossfire XL order. Which plasma cutter should I go with, Razorweld 45, Everlast 50s, Prime Weld, other???
Been reading all the posts and the real choice would obviously be the Hypertherm 45. However, Hypertherm is definitely out of the budget now. I envisage most work will be thin-sheet, 3/16" and 1/4" and occasionalally reaching to 1/2"
Maybe over thinking all this, but the more I read the more confused I get!

The most amps you can get for the money you have to spend. Right now the Primeweld Cut 60 is the lowest price for a 60 amp, cnc ready plasma cutter. There is nothing wrong with all the others till you go over 1/4". Granted the Hypertherm 45XP is a very good plasma cutter, but I would go with the powermax 65 over the 45XP.
