Anyone try VisualCAD/CAM from MecSoft? They said they can create a post processor for the MR-1 for free if the below information can be provided to them. I put in a support ticket the LMS so hopefully they can provide this. It would be nice to know what codes are supported on the controller anyways.
- G & M code specifications
- Information on canned cycles for drilling, tapping, boring operations, (G81 - G89)
- Arc output formats for Circular interpolations (G02/G03),
- Start and End Block information
- Tool Change definition
- A sample G code output that runs on your controller
