USB not responding

Since I seems to be getting no response from Langmuir Systems on my USB problem, I thought that I would relist it here under the Mach 3 grouping. I ran parts the other day in the morning, and in the afternoon, the computer started listing the USB from the Crossfive as unrecognisable. I tried every USB port, and different USB cables. It is not me, or my computer, it’s the Crossfire, and I imagine that it is the motion control board. I sent 2 emails to Langmuir support. I have yet to get a reply.
