I just installed a water table, and during the second cut this is what appened to the electrodand the nozzle. Any suggestion on what may have gone wrong (nothing like this have never happened without water table).
It looks like what I did once, you may have clamped the torch a tiny bit off and oblong-ed the torch head. Air blows out the wrong places and fryes your drag shield and tip.
Change your swirling and everything else. I had a aftermarket torchholder made and it works just fine now.
Certain torches work better with a holder with a different circumference.
