I’m unable to get my computer to install the usb driver. It says “Device Descriptor Request Failed”. I’m running a windows 10 64 bit system. I downloaded the driver from another thread and when trying to install manually it says “The folder you specified does not contain a compatable software driver for your device. If the folder contains a driver, make sure it is designed to work with Windows for x64-based system.”
How do I proceed.
I seem to have resolved it. Coincidence or not, the red board with the black box on the controller board wasn’t seated fully. I pushed it in fully and about a minute or two later it started working.
