No doubt the plasma cutter can do it but, I wondered if anyone has cut two/multiple sheets at once… Obviously, probably not the best practice for precision parts but, why not??

Good chance of “welding” the sheets together from dross forming between the sheets. Give it a try though.

Oh yeah! Didn’t consider that.
I’ve done this with the hand torch before I got the crossfire and they do tend to weld together, you can usually knock 'em apart, but a large area with a bunch of cuts would be tough.
