Yes! Give it a try! It’s easy and quick and might work. Either way it is one more thing to eliminate as the problem!
Got the new control box.
Reinstalled the two screws that had fallen out during shipping. Tightened the rest of the screws holding the boards onto the enclosure (not terribly impressed with the assembly of the box), re-bend the outer enclosure to make it fit better and have the screw holes align, reinstalled relay, transferred THC chip to new motion control board, made sure all other connections were good to go. Hooked everything back up and the torch fired properly. Ran a couple of different projects that had been backing-up and they all worked without issue.
Hopefully this is the last thread I post on continued issues with my setup.
