I have an issue with the razor cut 45. It will fire when the trigger is pulled but not on an f5 command in mach 3. I’ve had this problem intermittently over the last 8 months I’ve had the machine Usually a reboot of the Langmuir box and computer do the trick. that hasn’t worked this time. UPDATE - Let machine sit overnight and its working again. has anyone had this problem? should I go thru the troubleshooting tips to the internal hardware just to rule something failing ?
could be the torch relay. I believe langmuir was replacing those upon request with a beefier one.
