Lost arc voltage when I try to use THC. No voltage readings on THC. It will run if I cut the THC off but that’s not what I paid for. This new Pro table is getting to be a problem! Any ideas would be appreciated.

Don’t try to cut with your laptop plugged in as well. I misunderstood the problem and thought I was safe using a different power strip but I was wrong.
There are some troubleshooting steps to take. Don’t give up.
How are you connected to the THC, via divided or raw?
