Torch head not moving up after cut

2 things:

  1. I have uploaded a copy of my Fusion360 file, but my torch head no longer goes up to the 1" mark after each cut nor at the end of the program. It does go up to 1" when it moves to a new cut and right before it starts the cut in order to do the IHC…but it is still down at the cut height as it moves from the last finish cut to the start point of the next cut.

  2. Is it average to get 261 pierces and 3:15:42 on a set of consumables. I am running straight air on a Hypertherm 45XP.
