Tool Path Generation failed

Updated fusion 360 now get an error stating:
Enabled feature flages: setup-sheet-library-v4-release
Invalidated: Generation failed
Error: Failed to generate passes.

Everything was perfect right up to the software update. What does this mean and how do i fix it? Tool path starts to generate, 9% then the above error occurs.

Fusion 360 update now includes a setting in 2D Profile: Passes for Outer Corner Mode, for art work use Roll around the corner, this will allow the tool path generation.
