I have a crossfire xl. With the vipercut 30i my table has run flawlessly and given me zero issue. Today I opened up fire control to run a part and all of a sudden the THC isn’t detected. I uninstalled and reinstalled fire control and the drivers and still have the issue. Any help is appreciated Thank you!!
If you re-installed the THC driver, then you may want to open the control box and make sure the THC module is fully seated on the board. You could also try a different USB port on your computer or a different cable. That connection is just showing that your computer is able to communicate with the module through the USB.

Somehow the module came lose. I don’t know how but glad it was an easy fix! Hope this helps some one in the future
