Youll need to add a desiccant and a motor guard filter just prior to the cutter. That’s the industry minimum.
We will know more once we see the VIM module and control box front to see if it’s wired correctly.

As long as you’ve got it going from the cutter to DIV In then DIV out to the THC plug on the control box it should work. There may be something else at play. I’d call Langmuir if I were you. If it cuts with THC off then that really narrows it down. It’s just not getting a voltage reading from the machine. With your table being so new I’d call Langmuir before opening the control box to check for loose relays or THC chips.
