THC add on not working

I recently added the THC to my original LS table.

I cannot seem to get the Firecontrol to connect with the control unit. The red and green lights are on (read that on a thread).

My firecontrol screen is just dark and wont let me do anything or upload any files.

Has anyone had this problem? Is there a software package that I haven’t downloaded?

Are you using windows? If so what version?

Windows 8.1

It did say that my graphics card wasn’t large enough so I downloaded the one for older graphics
