nope…best product out there is Penetrol…wipe it on…keeps things rust free…does not interfere with welding…

penetrol is awesome works amazing over cold blue to keep it black and rust free without the oily feel. I use it on industrial style furniture that I have made.

Wisconsin-here my shop is a metal shed with cement floor so yah I feel your pain.
I have used everything but the pentrol and had little luck or more appropriate, no long term success until someone suggested this Amazon.com
Works great, long lasting and yes I do use it on my woodworking tools too. On the latter I have not noticed any residual oil on the wood.
I just squirt it on and wipe it down with a shop rag.
