Stepper motors will not work

Unable to jog the stepper motors will not turn they make a buzzing sound but could not get them to move I have downloaded Mach 3 and fusion 360

Did you download & install the motion controller plugin and the Crossfire profile?

The first one goes into the Mach3/plugins directory and the second goes in the Mach3 directory. They allow Mach3 to communicate with the Crossfire controller and from there the motors.
