Replacing Missing bolts

Received first two boxes, so started assembling what I can, but so far have discovered two missing Y-axis rail/stanchion bolts (3"x3/8-16). What’s the process to get missing parts sent out? Given I’m still waiting on box 3, concerned I could end up at the end of the (months-long) queue again?

Anyone know the allen bolt size for the PRO that goes in the collars for the motor to lead screw?
I have the two bolt version collars. My X axis one has a stripped head. Im heading to store and didn’t grab the bolt to reference it. @langmuir-mike

@directioneast M4x12mm, you can use slightly longer ones if you can’t get 12mm.
