Plasma cutter will peirce the metal when I pull the trigger but will not start back up once the program starts.
Is this the first time using it? If it fires from the trigger, but not through Firecontrol, it probably means the torch on/off cable is hooked up to the wrong port on the cutter. Some Razorweld machines came with the Torch on/off and Divided Voltage ports reversed.

No my first and second cut was flawless, but nothing after that. Tip is clean, plenty cable length.
It sounds like it is still related to the torch firing cable. Make sure it is plugged in properly and not damaged. Mine wouldn’t fire and I discovered that I had stepped on the cable and broke the connector that plugs into the control box.
