Has anyone ever set there CFPRO with the razorweld 45 to just make a pierce point for drilling with a drill bit … Sheetcam says it says it has that function can the razorweld 45 do that ?

yes, just create a toolset with a pierce delay, then when you want to do the holes, make its own operation using the drill operation.
Follow those instructions.
