Pro Break in Program

I have tried may attempts to down load the Crossfire Pro Break in program and has failed every time. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. I have successfully down loaded the Fusion 360 and Firecontrol without any issues. Any one has any suggestions ? I have a new computer with Windows 10

you should be able to just click on it and it’ll download to your downloads folder. if not try right clicking then “save as” or something to that effect.

That’s correct, I clicked on Open and all it does is blink then its right back to the open screen again. I also right clicked and saved to my desk top, then hit the Open and it still just blinks. I have been trying this for the last two days

once you downloaded it, you have to open it up in firecontrol. all it is is basically instructions telling the machine what to do.
