Possible dead power supply

Hey all, checking in to see what else to troubleshoot.
I think power supply in my Crossfire Pro might have just “partially” died.

I have a lit (red) power switch, and I have green LEDs on the X,Y,Z driver boards.

However I have no PS fan running (I checked fan it turns easily power off)

The unit was running yesterday.
Today I turned it on, and went into FireControl, and no torch fire.
Ran voltage test, nothing. Unplugged THC, tried manual torch fire, etc. nothing.

Powered everything down. reconnected/checked all connections to plasma cutter, etc.

When I powered it back up I heard some very interesting noises - like crunchy crackly squirrel chewing nuts from the control unit. very faint smell of hot/burnt electronics, no smoke, not a lot… just a tiny bit of that familiar smell.- and lack of noises (PS fan) .

Fire Control no longer recognizes the control unit is attached (GUI all dark, no indication of detected hardware)

Took cover off control unit to verify leds on controllers lit, etc.
Nothing has been moved or changed since the other day. no cables unplugged/plugged back in prior to troubleshooting.

Power checks out at 120v at wall socket.
Power fuse at control unit switch good (obvious because it has some power but I pulled and checked anyway)

I have not pulled PS to check it out so I don’t void any warranty, etc.

What do you think?
Am I forgetting to check anything ?
